FAQ: Photography Services

Q. Do I need to pre-book a photography session?

A. Yes.  This is required to ensure our studio is set up in advance of your shoot time with specific backdrop and lights depending on the type of shoot ordered.  This will optimise the photo session and we'll be ready to shoot as soon as you arrive.  Just contact us here to prebook.

Q. I'm interested in your passport photo service can you also print out the photo for me?

A. Yes.  Our standard service includes 4 passport-sized prints and some minor photoshop enhancements (without impacting the strict passport photo requirements) you'll look great.

Q. We would like a modern photo of our children for our living room wall can you photograph this and print it also?

A. We can shoot any style you prefer for the photography and we'll ensure we get the exact shot you want to display on your wall.  For printing, while we can print photo quality in our studio we recommend you print with one of our printing partners.  This will reduce the cost to print for you and increase the printing options available.

Q. I would love to do a modelling shoot but I have no experience as a model what can I expect and will the shoot be successful?

A. Everyone has an inner model waiting to get out so experience is not an issue.  We'll shoot optimal angles and lighting to ensure the shoot is a success.   In advance of the shoot we will discuss the expected outcomes with you to fully understand your expectations e.g. is the shoot for modelling, casting or your own personal use and we will tailor the session to this.  We'll also review styles that we think will work the best for the type of shoot as well as provide wardrobe and make-up advice.

Q. I'm interested in your home showcase service.  My home has been on the market for a while and I'm not pleased with the quality of my estate agent's photography - what makes yours better?

A. Photography is by its nature subjective.  We ensure that every photo we capture for all of our photography services is the best possible and acknowledge that our top of the range photographic equipment only goes so far to achieving this.  What secures the best shot is understanding our clients and their requirements and we will request a walkthrough of the property and a review of its 'unique selling points'. Following this we will use our 20+ years of photographic experience to capture optimal angles and profiles using natural lighting and advanced photography styles including HDR.  Trust us your home will look amazing!

Q. What style of photography do use for events?

A. Our natural style is 'reportage' capturing the moment in narrative style for your photos to tell a story. Photos will be candid and and the photographer unobtrusive allowing you to enjoy your event without interruption.


FAQ: Design Services

Q. We are a start up business and would like to use you for some initial branding design services.  However, our budget is tight and we are not even sure what we need...can you help?

A.  Absolutely.  We work with all businesses regardless of size and at every stage of their growth (see our step by step guide to branding success here). We understand budget constraints for all new businesses so we designed a start up branding package which provides everything you need to launch and grow your business including logo, stationery, signage, photography and social media campaign at an incredible price.  We are experts at understanding your business and working with you to achieve a design formula to boost your brand from day one.  Want to know more or talk to a reference contact us.

Q. You have some great logos at a really great price.  However, you do not have exactly what we are looking for if we choose a bespoke logo option will this significantly raise the price?

A. We believe in great design for everyone so rest assured that anything you order from us will not only look great but will also be very competitively priced.  Using a logo as an example if the request is a minor tweak to an existing logo available in our store then the bespoke incremental cost for this will also be minor.  If you require a highly unique logo with hand drawn elements then our bespoke cost will also reflect this but we are confident our fee will be significantly cheaper than similar services available from competitors.

Q. Why are the logos in your store only available as a .jpg or .png file?  If I need a different file type can you provide this?

A. We provide .jpg and .png files for our logos as standard as these give our clients the optimal file types used across all platforms including social, print and web based media. While it is unlikely, If you do need another specific file type or the source files (e.g illustrator or photoshop) this may change the licence and price of the logo and should be discussed with us prior to ordering. Whatever your logo requirements we have a solution so do not hesitate to contact us.

Q. If I order printed cards from your store will the finished product look identical to the product I see on my screen.

A. Prior to printing we will email you a digital proof of the design for your final approval and it is important that you carefully review the layout, spelling etc.  Once confirmed the items will be sent for printing and reviewed by us prior to posting onward to you.  Due to differences in calibration, make and age of your screen as well as paper type used for printing there may be colour variation differences between your screen and the finished product which is both normal and accepted within the design and print industry.


Q. Do you only post to UK addresses?

A. For physical orders placed on our online store we currently only deliver to UK addresses as our default option. However, we do post globally, we just request that you contact us in advance of ordering to enable us to provide the postal costs. Another option is to consider a digital file. You will receive a high resolution digital file of the finished product allowing you to print locally and reduce your postal costs. 

Q. I am looking for specific design solutions which I cannot see on your website can you only do what you have listed?

A. We are designers and can design virtually anything and if there is a scenario where we cannot assist we partner with designers across all disciplines so we suggest to contact us and we'll assist in every way we can.



Our Terms & Conditions

The Contract

Every order placed with Lenham Square is subject to the terms and conditions laid out here and at the time you place that order. We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will come into effect when posted on (“the website”). You should read the terms and conditions whenever you use the website, and your continued use of the website confirms that you accept them. Deposits and Payment

Payment is made at time of placing an order via our online payment system. Alternatively we can provide our bank details on request for direct payment via bank transfer. In the case of the direct bank payment an order will not be accepted until payment in full has cleared. For orders received in any way other than via our website, a deposit will be requested. The remainder of the cost is due before any order goes to print/or finalised versions of digital files are sent.


Deadlines and Delivery

We will endeavour to dispatch your physical order within 10 working days (and within 7 working days for digital files) . Whilst we always aim to meet deadlines there are rare occasions where circumstances beyond our control may prevent this and so deadlines cannot be guaranteed. We will always keep you informed if there is a problem. Lenham Square cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses. Please contact us for a postal quotation for any addresses outside of the UK. Any customs fees or import tax incurred during international shipping are your responsibility and must be paid by you. Lenham Square is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Ownership, Copyright and Intellectual Property

Once you have paid for your items in full you are the owner of any products physically produced. However, you do not own the actual artwork created in the design process. Lenham Square remains the owner of all copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the artwork and designs produced and delivered to you. You must not reproduce, share or otherwise use our designs created for you for any other purpose than outlined in your initial order.


Refunds, cancellations or returns

Products designed by Lenham Square are by their nature personalised and hence cannot be returned for a refund. However, If a product arrives which is damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and we will discuss how to remediate the issue.


Third parties

According to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 this contract does not give any person who is not a party to it any right to enforce its terms. Invalidity and Jurisdiction In the event that any part of these terms and conditions is deemed unenforceable (including any clause in which we exclude our liability to you) this will not affect the enforceability of any other part of these terms. This contract is governed by British law and is subject only to the jurisdiction of the British courts.



Electronic proofs will be provided as part of the agreed price and will be sent by email unless otherwise agreed.  Please note that colours can vary between digital screens when printed material (see Design FAQ above).  We cannot be held responsible for colours which you determine to be different in print to digital proofs. You will be required to check digital proofs carefully and advise us of any errors and once the final proof has been signed off no further amends can be made. Lenham Square is not responsible for the cost of reprinting if errors are discovered by you after the confirmed design has gone to print.



We are not responsible for any delays caused by your failure to check and sign off proofs or supply any detail within a time frame agreed between us. We are not responsible for any fees incurred by delays caused by your failure to respond on time.



All payments are non-refundable. For bespoke orders, if you wish to cancel your order during the design process but before the artwork has gone to print you will not be required to pay for print but the paid deposit is non-refunable. All sales of bespoke services are final except where a product is damaged or faulty. If this is the case you must notify us with 3 days of the receipt of the products.


Limitation of Liability

Please note we can accept no liability for damaged or faulty goods if you do not notify us of the problem within 3 days of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any damages, loss or costs whether direct or indirect, no matter how they occur (including loss of business or damage to business relationships) and whether based on contract or tort resulting from any of the following: inaccuracies or errors of content on the website; transmission of viruses, or similar, which may be spread to or through the website by a third party; the unauthorised access to or use of our system and/or any and all personal data stored on it; and any down time on our website.

Terms relating to the usage of the website 

The website: Every product or service advertised on our website is sold subject to description. We do our utmost to ensure that all information about our products, including but not limited to production information, availability and pricing is correct. Whilst we aim to keep the website up to date, the information you see may not always completely represent the product perfectly. We can offer no guarantee that the information displayed on the website is completely correct. However, we always do our best to ensure that all content and information found on our site is as accurate as possible at the time it is published. We reserve the right to make changes to any information on the site at any time..


We will use email to contact you or communicate any necessary information. By using email or the Lenham Square website to contact us you agree that all electronic communications between us constitute receiving those messages in writing.  The information in any email and in any attachment(s) is confidential and is intended only for the use of the intended recipient(s). If you are not the named addressee(s) or if you receive an email in error then any distribution, copying or use of this communication or the information in it is strictly prohibited. Please notify us immediately by email at and then delete the message from your computer. E-mails are not secure and cannot be guaranteed to be error free as they can be intercepted, amended, or contain viruses. Lenham Square does not monitor outgoing email. The company accepts no liability for the contents of emails unconnected with affairs of the company or its clients. Anyone who communicates with us by e-mail is deemed to have accepted these risks.
